We engage in detailed analysis of the product components and conduct FEA analysis of the CAD data to ensure the design will withstand its requirements in use. These include stress, motion, vibration and heat.

We review and test the prototypes to ensure the design objectives have been met. The design is then refined if required. A more detailed Computer Numeric Control (CNC) prototype is often produced for market testing and evaluation, which provides a more realistic model of the finished product in appearance and function.
