Charlwood Design’s innovative design for the Catch-All™ Broom for Oates has taken out the inaugural 2010 Melbourne Design Award for “best consumer product design”. The Catch-All™ is a uniquely shaped pull broom, dustpan and small brush which clip together into a complete package. Charlwood design has a long history working closely with Oates to create innovative and iconic product designs including household and outdoor brooms, mops and dustpans.

Charlwood design also had a number of products honoured as finalists in this year’s awards. This included the Entermo ruggedised blackberry case, the 321 Water Bottle design and the Good design award winning SIM patient monitoring system.
